Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 10, 2026

1. The Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Effati Consulting AB, a Swedish company based in Stockholm, Sweden ("Effati", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the website https://effati.se (the "Website"), our consulting services, and the products we build and operate (our "Products"), including Hejobb, TryggMap and Lyra. By using the Website, a Product or our services you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Products. Consulting agreements and pilot agreements with companies may add their own terms; where they conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement applies.

  • Company: Effati Consulting AB, Stockholm, Sweden
  • Email: info@effati.se
  • Phone: +46 73 222 66 27

2. Our Services and Products

  • Consulting: AI, software and cloud consulting and consultant staffing, delivered under a written agreement with your company.
  • Hejobb (hejobb.com): a job discovery and matching service that gathers job openings in Sweden and uses AI to match them with your CV.
  • TryggMap (iOS app): report a place as safe or unsafe from the app or from iOS lock screen controls, and see a shared map built from all reports.
  • Lyra (in pilot): an assistant that answers questions about Swedish tax and accounting.

Products are free unless a price is shown. Where a Product offers paid plans, the price and what each plan includes are shown before you pay, and you are charged only for a plan you choose.

3. Your Account

Products that need an account use sign-in with Google, LinkedIn or a one-time email link; there is no Effati password to manage. Products that do not need an account do not ask you to create one. Where you have an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date, to keep control of the email account and sign-in providers you use with us, to use one personal account and not share it, and to tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by email, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Prices, Payment and Cancellation

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in SEK (or EUR where stated); VAT is added where applicable. Business customers can enter a VAT number at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Product; access then continues to the end of the paid period and no further charge is made.
  • Right of withdrawal. As a consumer you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, after which access ends at once. After 14 days, a cancelled period is not refunded.
  • Consulting services are invoiced as agreed in the written agreement with your company.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Your Content and Licence to Us

The content you provide to a Product (a CV, documents, questions, a business profile, a safety report) remains yours. So that the Product can work, you grant Effati a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free licence to store, process, analyse and, where the Product is built on shared data such as a map, aggregate and display that content solely to provide and improve the service. That includes processing by the providers described in the Privacy Policy. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for what you provide. You confirm that it is truthful, that it is about you or your business, and that sharing it does not violate anyone else's rights. Do not upload another person's personal data without their permission, and do not include especially sensitive information that the feature does not require.

6. AI Features

Our Products use AI to generate suggestions, matches, drafts and answers. They are informational aids, can contain mistakes, and are not career, tax, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Check anything that matters before you act on it, and consult a qualified professional where your situation requires one. Decisions are yours: whether to apply for a job, how to file a tax return, where to go. AI output is never a guarantee of an outcome, and we make no decision with legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means.

7. Safety Information

None of our Products is an emergency service. They do not contact the police, emergency services or any other person on your behalf. In an emergency, call 112 in Sweden or your local emergency number. Information built from other users' reports or opinions reflects those reports at a given time and is no guarantee of safety or danger at any place. Use your own judgement.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the Website or a Product you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • misrepresent your identity, submit false or misleading content, or provide content about someone else without their consent;
  • submit automated or bulk reports or content, or content intended to target a person, home, business or group;
  • scrape, harvest or bulk-download content or data, or access the service by automated means other than the interfaces we provide;
  • probe, disrupt or overload the service, bypass security or usage limits, or reverse engineer the software except where the law expressly permits it;
  • resell or commercially exploit the service without our written agreement.

We may remove content and suspend accounts or installations that put the service or other users at risk while we investigate.

9. Intellectual Property

The Website and Products, including their software, design, names and branding, are owned by Effati Consulting AB or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them; they transfer no ownership. Content you provide remains yours, as described in section 5. Third-party content shown in a Product, such as job listings, remains the property of its publisher.

10. Availability and Changes

We want our Products to be available whenever you need them, but we cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may change, add or remove features and perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability. If we decide to discontinue a Product, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data first, where the Product holds data for you.

11. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using a Product and ask us to delete your account or data at any time, without notice or cost. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your account or installation is involved in abuse of the service. Where reasonable, we will warn you and give you a chance to respond first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

The Website and Products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by Swedish law:

  • we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of third-party content, AI output or information built from other users' reports;
  • we are not liable for decisions you or others make based on the service, including hiring outcomes, tax filings or where you choose to go;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for events beyond our reasonable control;
  • for any claim connected to a Product, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that Product in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free Product, is zero).

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence. Liability under consulting agreements is governed by those agreements.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance. Mandatory consumer protection rules may still give you the right to bring the matter before the courts of your home country. If you are a consumer, you can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se).

14. Product-Specific Terms

Everything above applies to every Product. The terms below add only what is particular to one Product.

Hejobb

Hejobb is a discovery and matching tool, not a recruitment agency, employment agency or employer; applications are made on the employer's own site under the employer's terms, and the employer's original posting takes precedence if details differ. Hejobb publishes its own detailed terms at hejobb.com/terms, which take precedence for Hejobb where they are more specific than these Terms.

TryggMap

TryggMap is free and requires no account. By installing it you also accept Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Submit reports only for places you are at or have been at, in good faith; reports are limited to five per place per 24 hours per installation, and a report made without iOS location access is accepted but does not appear on the map. Reports contain no text or images: only a status, a time and, with your consent, a location, together with a random installation identifier used to limit repeated reports. Lock screen controls require iOS 18 or later. Location is used only as described in the Privacy Policy.

Lyra

Lyra is in a pilot with a limited number of participants, whose pilot agreement applies alongside these Terms. Lyra provides information about Swedish tax and accounting; it is not tax, legal or financial advice and does not replace a licensed advisor or Skatteverket's own guidance. You remain responsible for your filings, deadlines and payments, and for checking Lyra's answers before relying on them.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will notify you in the Product or by email in advance; continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and ask us to delete your account before they take effect.
